FUTUROS
Video Installation for Mixto Festival 2022
A community of Caribbean and Latinx artists and I founded the collective Artistas SOS during Colombia’s 2021 uprising. Together, we curated the video installation FUTUROS, which was projected at the Mixto Music Festival in Toronto’s West End. We collaborated with artists and community organizers across Colombia to rebuild, reimagine, and envision the future of the country. Each of these photos was commissioned from the artists and animated by me.
