Let’s create.

Pablo Muñoz is a multidisciplinary artist and community builder whose work spans public art, furniture design, video installations, and murals. His artistic vision is heavily influenced by Colombian magic realism and his experiences within immigrant and 2SLGBTQ+ communities.

In 2015, after relocating to Toronto, Pablo’s mural "No Walls Between Us" won a national competition by the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), becoming a prominent installation at the gallery’s entrance. A graduate of OCAD University with a degree in Industrial Design, Pablo received a grant from the City of Vancouver in 2018 for his interactive art installation "Cloud Swing," showcased at the Vancouver Art Gallery and Jim Deva Plaza. His furniture collection, "Macondo," was named "Best of Design Week" by Designlines magazine at the 2019 Design Offsite Festival.

Pablo’s video installation "Migrant Restless Syndrome" was featured at Montreal’s Never Apart Gallery in 2020, and his banner "Die Bath" was part of the Queer Arts Festival in Vancouver in 2021. Most recently, he collaborated with the Hummingbird Healing Lodge at Six Nations of the Grand River to design and build a memorial and gathering space.

In addition to his artistic accomplishments, Pablo worked as a Senior Public Consultation Coordinator at the City of Toronto, where he spent four years collaborating with communities, architects, engineers, and city staff to deliver parks and transportation infrastructure projects.
